Education:  Atty. Flores was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1990. He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Laws from the San Beda University in 1989. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication, major in Broadcast Communication in 1985 from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.       

Professional Background: Prior to his joining the Firm, Atty. Flores served as Chief of Staff of the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), 2017-2019; Assistant Vice President for Legal, Filinvest Land, Inc., Partner, Kapunan Lotilla Flores Garcia and Castillo Law Offices and Roco Kapunan Migallos and Luna Law Offices. He served as Assistant Secretary for Legal and Legislative Affairs in the Department of Education (2002) and Chief of Staff of Senator Raul S. Roco (1994-2001).

Practice Areas: Atty. Percival O. Flores specializes in litigation, especially appellate practice, labor law, administrative law, and legislation. He is adept in handling appealed cases pending before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court, especially in reversing adverse decisions against the client. He also has extensive experience in handling cases before administrative bodies such as the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) and the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC). Aside from litigation, he is experienced in the field of legislation and parliamentary counseling. He also served in the government as a civil servant.

Education: Atty. Deiparine is a graduate of the BS Legal Management Program of the San Beda University – Manila in 2015. In the same year, she entered the San Beda University – College of Law. She graduated in 2019 and passed the Philippine Bar Exam in 2020.

Work Experience: While studying in the San Beda University – College of Law, Atty. Deiparine was a paralegal in Marisol Caneja & Associates. In 2019, she joined the Firm as an underbar associate.

Practice Areas: She is currently handling criminal and civil litigation, corporate practice, labor cases and dispute resolution.

Education: Atty. Oliva is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas – Bachelor of Arts major in Philosophy in the year 2015. In the same year, she pursued her study of law in San Beda University – Manila and graduated in the year 2019. She passed the Philippine Bar Exams in 2020.

Work Experience: Atty. Oliva began as an underbar associate of the Firm in December 2019.

Practice Areas: Upon passing the bar, she delved into criminal and civil litigation, corporate and tax practice as well as labor and dispute resolution.

Education: Atty. Ariel R. Subia is a licensed public accountant. He studied in the Philippine School of Business Administration (“PSBA”) from 1980 to 1984. He passed the CPA Licensure Exam in 1985. Thereafter, he pursued his study of the law in San Beda College of Law – Manila where he graduated in the year 1989. He passed the Philippine Bar Exams in 1990.

Professional Background:  Since his admission to the Bar, has been engaged in private practice, cum court litigation, in the fields of criminal law, civil law, labor law and taxation.
